Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork, accounts, equipment, and Day 1 readiness.
• Coordinate with department leads to ensure new hires have what they need before Day 1; manage exit processes.
• Post and manage job openings; track applicants and keep a clean pipeline; schedule interviews.
• Prepare and file employee documents; maintain confidential personnel records and filing system.
• Track attendance, timesheets, and PTO; generate reports for payroll and leadership; assist benefits enrollment.
• Use AI tools to draft job descriptions, letters, and policy documents; develop AI-assisted trackers and reporting workflows.
