You will help ensure caregivers and staff meet regulatory requirements while modernizing HR workflows with AI-driven solutions.

In this role you will coordinate onboarding, track licenses and certifications, maintain HR records, and assist with audits.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, compliance, or healthcare staffing is preferred.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities are essential.
• Proficient with HR systems and maintaining accurate records.
• Excellent communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities
