Job summary

HopHR is seeking a Senior Smart Care Product Manager to drive strategy and execution for data-driven healthcare solutions. You will shape product vision, lead a multi-disciplinary squad, and translate complex clinical data into actionable features that improve member outcomes and business value.

You will partner with data science, engineering, design, and stakeholders to prioritise work, define success metrics, and deliver high-impact features on a tight schedule.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Management or Technical Product Management.
• 5+ years leading product execution with data science/engineering teams.
• 3+ years collaborating with SMEs to resolve ambiguous problems.
• 3+ years stakeholder management.
• 2+ years building AI/ML enabled capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Smart Care solutions on schedule, aligning business value with technical feasibility.
• Own the product backlog, prioritise, plan ceremonies, and coordinate dependencies.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria for data science, engineering, and stakeholders.
• Clarify requirements, discuss feasibility, and ensure user and business needs are understood.
• Lead user research, usability testing, and competitive analyses to inform decisions.
• Define metrics, monitor outcomes, and drive product performance improvements.
• Support release management, roadmap planning, and cross-team collaboration.
