Job summary

Midstream, an SF-based AI-native financial operating system for health systems, is hiring a Product Manager to shape the platform powering its AI-native products across supply chain, managed care, and pharmacy. You will own the strategy and roadmap for the data infrastructure, core AI agents, and shared capabilities that turn complex, fragmented healthcare data into trusted, actionable intelligence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including building enterprise analytics, data, or intelligence platforms that support multiple products or business domains.

Responsibilities

• Own our platform strategy and roadmap: define vision, priorities, and roadmap for Midstream's shared platform and balance speed with long-term scalability.
• Build a trusted, connected data foundation: shape ingestion, reconciliation, modeling, and connection of healthcare data across products and vendors.
• Advance AI and agentic capabilities: own shared infrastructure powering AI agents and evaluate/ improve them for reliable experiences across domains.
• Make data quality a competitive advantage: set standards, metrics, and monitoring for data quality across the platform.
