• 5–7+ years in high-performing environments such as consulting, VC/PE, business development or startup leadership.
• Proven success in taking ambiguous initiatives to completion.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• AI-first mindset with a builder mentality and proven outputs.
• No ego; self-managing problem solver who can operate with little oversight.

• Lead and manage AI transformation projects for clients.
• Drive fundraising efforts for funds or clients.
