ClickUp is seeking a growth and lifecycle product leader to own the post-signup journey across onboarding, activation, retention, and monetization. You will design AI-native flows, build content-generation systems, and connect behavioral data to AI decisioning and delivery for self-serve users.

This role collaborates across product, engineering, design, and marketing in a fast-moving, AI-first culture that values rapid experimentation and measurable impact.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in growth or lifecycle product roles in self-serve SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven content generation and adaptive learning systems.
• Technical fluency to connect behavioral data, AI decisioning, and delivery.
