Qualifications

• 10+ years in growth or performance marketing with paid social/paid search ownership.
• Experience building or orchestrating AI agents for campaign management and analysis.
• Strong track record managing multi‑million‑dollar media budgets and driving CAC/payback outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate AI agent infrastructure for growth and media execution.
• Own paid and organic acquisition strategy across social, search, and SEO.
• Lead measurement, incrementality testing, and HIPAA‑aware tracking in a privacy‑constrained environment.
• Manage agencies/partners and a high‑output pod of AI agents and contractors.
• Prototype new revenue vectors with landing pages, fake‑door tests, and rapid experiments.
