Job summary

Remote Leverage is seeking a capable Full Stack Developer to join our in-house team and help design internal web applications used across departments. You will build end-to-end features with TypeScript and Python, and collaborate across time zones to deliver scalable solutions.

You will work with AI-assisted development tools, integrate REST APIs, and own features from initial request to deployment while documenting architecture decisions for future scalability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Full Stack Developer role.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written.
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
• High level of motivation and persistence.
• Energetic and upbeat.
• Willing to listen to feedback and improve.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain internal web applications used across all departments.
• Develop full-stack features end-to-end, including frontend, backend APIs, database, and deployment.
• Design backend services and data flows that scale reliably, applying distributed-systems fundamentals.
• Integrate internal tools with third-party platforms using APIs, webhooks, and MCPs.
• Utilize AI heavily in day-to-day work and build AI-powered features on top of LLMs.
• Investigate and resolve production issues end-to-end, including UI bugs and backend errors.
• Own features from vague stakeholder requests to scoped tickets, implementation, and deployment.
• Document architecture decisions, APIs, data models, and internal processes for team scalability.
• Collaborate asynchronously across time zones with engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
