Ajaia is hiring an AI-Native Full Stack Developer for fully remote work within approved US locations. You will deliver AI-enabled applications across client engagements and internal products, handling web interfaces, backend services, integrations, and AI-driven workflows.

Expect to take vague requirements, clarify problems, and ship robust software with autonomy while collaborating with product, delivery, and client teams. AI tools are integral to daily tasks and documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience building and shipping full stack apps.
• Ability to create responsive frontend and reliable backend services.
• Experience with APIs, databases, cloud services, and modern deployment workflows.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work with vague requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full stack features for AI-enabled apps and client delivery.
• Develop frontend interfaces, backend logic, APIs, and cloud deployment.
• Use AI tools for coding support, debugging, testing, and docs.
• Collaborate with delivery leads, designers, and engineers to ship software.
• Navigate ambiguity, identify risks, and unblock execution.
