Qualifications

• Undergraduate or master’s degree; or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience developing full-stack applications.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with developers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on frontend skills (TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue, Next.js, Tailwind).
• Hands-on backend skills (Python, Node.js, Java/Spring, C#/.NET).
• Experience with LLM frameworks, prompt orchestration, agent frameworks, MCPs, evaluation frameworks, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Docker and CI/CD experience; testing, logging, and monitoring.
• Experience in Agile teams and pair programming.
