Empower Pharmacy is seeking a Software Engineer - Full Stack to build scalable, secure digital platforms within a regulated healthcare environment. You will own end-to-end development across web frontends, APIs, microservices, and data layers, leveraging AI to accelerate delivery and quality.

This role emphasizes cloud-native solutions on AWS and Azure, Infrastructure as Code, and AI-assisted tooling, with collaboration across product, data, and engineering teams to deliver enterprise-grade

Qualifications

• Four years of backend development with C# and .NET Core.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent).
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving across teams.
• Experience developing headless web apps using REST APIs, with Docker/Kubernetes and microservices.
• Nice to have: React Native for cross-platform mobile development.
• Familiarity with healthcare standards like HL7 and HIPAA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize end-to-end applications across frontends, APIs, microservices, and data layers.
• Build RESTful APIs and apply AI-assisted monitoring for performance and reliability.
• Engineer cloud-native solutions on AWS and Azure using Infrastructure as Code.
