Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a senior finance business partner to lead building ROI frameworks and strategic insights for Americas and Global Product Sales. You will drive monthly reviews, develop fully loaded PnLs, and own headcount planning in a fast-growing environment.

You will implement AI-powered, automated FP&A workflows, moving the team from data gathering to high-value analysis while reporting to the Director of Finance. In-office attendance 3 days a week in Palo Alto.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 6+ years with a Master’s degree.
• Proven ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Experience with AI-enabled analysis and automated reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly ACV, Opex and RoI insights and drive strategic recommendations.
• Partner with Americas Sales and Global Product Sales for reporting and planning.
• Build AI-assisted FP&A workflows and automated reporting pipelines.
