Job summary

NetApp is seeking a Financial Analyst to partner with the GTM Sales organization, turning data into actionable insights to drive growth and better decision-making. You will build financial models, forecasts, and AI-enabled analyses while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

In a hybrid work environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, present executive-ready dashboards, and contribute to strategic planning through scenario analysis and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in Accounting / Finance.
• Experience applying AI to financial analysis and modeling.
• Strong ability to build analytical tools and models.
• Collaborates with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication of complex financial concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-driven reporting and analytics initiatives to accelerate insights, improve decision-making, and shorten reporting timelines
• Use AI-powered analytics and automation tools to improve communications and processes related to GTM financial analysis, forecasting, scenario planning, and reporting accuracy
• Analyze quarterly and annual financial results, including bookings and margin trends from prior periods
• Build and maintain financial models to support short-term and long-term planning
• Work with teams across the business to understand key drivers and provide data-driven insights through AI-enabled reporting
• Create executive-ready dashboards, AI-powered reports, presentations, and variance analyses for leadership
• Support strategic projects through financial analysis, predictive analytics, and scenario planning
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, automation, and data quality to increase efficiency and accelerate timelines
