Accenture is seeking an AI & Data senior leader to originate and deliver AI-powered enterprise products within Cleveland’s market. The role emphasizes product-led strategy, hands-on GenAI delivery, and strong stakeholder engagement across client teams.

You will deploy MLOps, governance, and cost-management practices to production-ready AI solutions. The role requires 3+ years in AI, data, and consulting, with hands-on deployment across enterprise AI platforms and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of AI & Data experience, including solutioning, designing, or delivering AI & Data projects, with hands-on work shipping GenAI features (RAG, agentic workflows, evals and guardrails).
• Minimum 3 years of high-value consulting experience, including large-scale delivery with minimal oversight and proven ability to lead workstreams and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify where AI creates measurable business value and shape the engagement.
• Differentiate through a product-led approach, pairing AI & data depth with product strategy.
• Design and build AI systems end to end: RAG architecture, agentic orchestration, prompt & context engineering.
