Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI & Data focused leader to embed with design and product teams, originating and shipping AI-powered digital products. The role emphasizes a product-led approach, end-to-end AI system design, and production-grade delivery within enterprise data platforms.

Required: 3+ years in AI/Data, 3+ years in high-value consulting, hands-on delivery on enterprise AI platforms (Bedrock, Vertex, Foundry, Mosaic), and strong stakeholder management and program skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of AI & Data experience, including solutioning, designing, or delivering AI & Data projects, with hands-on work shipping GenAI features (RAG, agentic workflows, evals and guardrails).
• Minimum 3 years of high-value consulting experience, including large-scale delivery with minimal oversight and proven ability to lead workstreams and meet deadlines, or relevant industry / functional experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI value opportunities and shape engagements.
• Differentiate with a product-led approach linking AI depth to outcomes.
• Bridge design-to-product pipeline from insight to production.
• Design and build AI systems end to end (RAG, orchestration, prompts, evals, guardrails).
• Select models and approaches considering cost, latency, accuracy, compliance.
• Activate AI within enterprise data platforms using data-gravity patterns.
• Ship production-ready AI-powered products with accountability.
• Deploy responsibly: MLOps, security, cost/latency discipline.
• Codify delivery patterns for repeatable engagements.
