Accenture is seeking an AI & Data led expert to embed with design and product teams, originating AI-powered digital products for production. You will move from insight to production, select models, and architect end-to-end AI systems within enterprise data platforms.

Role emphasizes product thinking, senior-stakeholder management, and delivering production-grade AI with MLOps, cost, latency, and compliance discipline. Virginia location, full-time role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of AI & Data experience, including solutioning, designing, or delivering AI & Data projects, with hands-on work shipping GenAI features.
• Minimum 3 years of high-value consulting experience with leading workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Identify where AI creates measurable business value before a brief exists and originate use cases.
• Differentiate through a product-led approach, pairing AI & data depth with product strategy.
• Build AI systems end to end: RAG architecture, agentic orchestration, prompt & context engineering, and integration patterns.
• Activate AI within client enterprise data platforms using data-gravity patterns.
• Design and ship production-ready AI-powered digital products and experiences full-stack.
• Deploy responsibly to production with MLOps, security, and monitoring.
