Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI & Data leader who can originate, design, and ship GenAI-powered digital products that drive measurable business value. You will pair AI depth with product strategy, and oversee full-stack delivery from concept to production.

The role requires hands-on delivery across enterprise AI platforms, and close collaboration with senior clients and stakeholders to shape engagements and go-to-market activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of AI & Data experience, including solutioning, designing, or delivering AI & Data projects, with hands-on work shipping GenAI features (RAG, agentic workflows, evals and guardrails).
• Minimum 3 years of high-value consulting experience, including large-scale delivery with minimal oversight and proven ability to lead workstreams and meet deadlines.
• Hands-on delivery experience on at least one enterprise AI platform in production: AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Azure AI Foundry, or Databricks Mosaic AI.
• Working fluency with GenAI frameworks and patterns: LangChain or LlamaIndex, agentic orchestration, MCP, prompt and context engineering, and model selection across frontier and open-weight models.
• Product engineering ability: full-stack build of AI-powered digital products, ships working code, and can activate AI against existing enterprise data.

• Differentiate through a product-led approach linking AI depth to product outcomes.
• Move from insight to production with design-to-product pipeline.
• Design and build AI systems end to end: RAG architectures, guardrails, and MCP integration.
• Activate AI within enterprise data platforms using data-gravity patterns.
• Ship production-ready AI-powered digital products with accountability.
• Deploy responsibly to production: MLOps, security, and cost/latency discipline.
• Codify best practices and feedback into offerings.
