Job summary

Accenture in California’s Culver City is seeking an AI & Data-focused contributor who can originate, design, and ship AI-powered digital products within client teams. You’ll pair AI with product strategy and drive production-ready solutions across data platforms.

You will lead complex engagements with senior stakeholders, manage delivery across workstreams, and ensure responsible, cost-conscious MLOps. The role demands hands-on delivery and a product-led mindset to move from insight to shipped

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of AI & Data experience with GenAI features in production.
• Minimum 3 years of high-value consulting experience leading workstreams.
• Hands-on delivery on at least one enterprise AI platform (AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, Azure AI Foundry, or Databricks Mosaic AI).
• Fluent in GenAI frameworks and patterns (LangChain, MCP, prompt engineering).

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value AI use cases and shape engagements.
• Pair AI depth with product strategy and design-to-product pipeline.
• Build end-to-end AI systems with production accountability.
• Deploy AI responsibly with MLOps, monitoring, and cost controls.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
• Codify delivery patterns and drive repeatable delivery.
