Job summary

Accenture in Nashville seeks an AI & Data leader to embed with design and product teams, shaping AI-powered products from concept to production using enterprise data foundations. You will own end-to-end delivery, working with executives to originate, scope, and deliver high-impact AI initiatives that drive revenue and customer value.

You will manage senior stakeholders, guide program governance, and lead go-to-market activities while building production-grade systems with robust MLOps,

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of AI & Data experience, including solutioning, design, or delivery of GenAI features.
Minimum 3 years of high-value consulting experience with leadership of workstreams.
Hands-on delivery on at least one enterprise AI platform in production.

Responsibilities

Identify where AI creates measurable business value before a brief exists.
Differentiate through a product-led approach to ensure real product outcomes.
Design and build AI systems end to end with MLOps and guardrails.
Activate AI within enterprise data platforms and manage cost/latency tradeoffs.
