DISQO in New York is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Marketing Manager to accelerate our growth through demand generation, events, and content amplification. You will lead HubSpot campaigns, manage field marketing logistics, and partner with RevOps to optimize performance.

You bring 4–6 years in B2B marketing, strong event execution, and AI-enabled productivity experience. A Bachelor’s degree and hands-on HubSpot and Salesforce skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, specializing in demand generation, field marketing, or integrated campaigns.
• Experience with event logistics for virtual and in-person events.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience for automations, forms, tracking, and dashboards.
• Strong copywriting and social content creation skills.
• Self-directed, autonomous contributor in a fast-growing startup environment.
• Proven ability to evaluate/adopt AI tools to streamline marketing tasks.
• Experience in AdTech/MarTech or media measurement industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Field Marketing & Event Support: manage events, booths, collateral, shipping, setup, and attendee management.
• Demand Generation & HubSpot Ops: build campaigns, nurture flows, segmentation, and dashboards.
• Social Content & Brand Support: draft copy, schedule posts, and coordinate cross-functional content.
• AI Workflow Modernization: integrate AI tools to speed up project management and asset creation.
