Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead a high-volume, enterprise-level quality initiative focused on complaints mapping using AI agents with a human-in-the-loop interface. You will own end-to-end execution across a pod-based team, running all Agile ceremonies and translating business needs into technical requirements.

Qualifications

10+ years of Technical Project Management experience leading complex, enterprise-scale initiatives.
Strong hands-on experience running Agile/Scrum ceremonies and managing cross-functional delivery teams.
Expertise translating business requirements into technical user stories and execution plans, with end-to-end SDLC ownership.
Experience delivering large-scale digital or technical solutions (e.g., SaaS platforms, enterprise applications).
Solid technical foundation in software and data engineering, with comfort discussing AI/ML concepts at a high level.

Responsibilities

Run all Agile/Scrum ceremonies and keep stakeholders aligned.
