Job summary

Insperity seeks an AI Program Manager to lead enterprise AI initiatives, aligning strategy with delivery across business units, ITS, and vendors. You will translate priorities into a measurable AI portfolio and ensure governance, enablement, and adoption.

The role requires strong collaboration, experience in cross-functional programs, and fluency in agile practices to drive impact, improve productivity, and deliver tangible business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business, information systems, computer science, analytics, engineering, or related field is required.
• Three to five years of experience in program or project management, product operations, business analysis, or technology delivery roles is required.
• Experience in a complex, cross‑functional environment with stakeholder alignment is preferred.
• Experience with AI/analytics initiatives including generative AI and enterprise tools is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business outcomes into AI-enabled improvements.
• Strong knowledge of AI concepts, tools, and lifecycle considerations.

Responsibilities

• Drives AI program execution across a domain or enterprise priority, aligning with the AI portfolio.
• Designs intake, evaluation, and prioritization for AI opportunities with measurable outcomes.
• Facilitates use case discovery and translates requirements into deliverables with SMEs.
• Oversees end‑to‑end delivery coordination across design, development, testing, rollout, and adoption.
• Partners with ITS, Enterprise Analytics, platform owners, and Product Management to deliver AI solutions.
