Job summary

Symmetry is seeking an Enterprise Applications AI Engineer to lead AI and automation across the company’s enterprise systems, bridging business needs with AI frameworks. You will design MCPs and AI agents to modernize ERP/Finance while ensuring security and auditability.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, People Tech, and Operations to unify internal systems with AI-driven solutions and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Business Systems Analysis, Enterprise Applications, or Automation roles.
• Experience building integrations across Jira, NetSuite, or similar with APIs and RESTful design.
• Hands-on knowledge of AI agent frameworks and Model Context Protocols (MCP).
• Familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into AI workflows with Finance and Business Operations.
• Develop and maintain MCPs connecting enterprise systems to AI agents.
• Create and manage intelligent agents for onboarding, billing, and compliance.
• Govern MCPs and agents ensuring SOX compliance, auditability, and access controls.
• Define KPIs and measure automation adoption, efficiency, and cost performance.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and stakeholders to promote AI-first practices.
