Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking a Senior AI Architect - Enterprise Integrations to join our growing AI practice. You will provide thought leadership, shape offerings, and lead delivery on high-impact AI integration engagements for enterprise clients.

You will architect integrations between AI agents and ERP/CRM systems, establish semantic data layers, and define patterns for agent orchestration, memory management, and MCP gateway development.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in application/solution architecture with AI/ML focus.
• Experience designing and building MCP servers.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and architecture sessions.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI integration engagements from discovery to delivery.
• Define architecture patterns for agent orchestration and memory management.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI-powered solutions.
• Present recommendations to executives and tech stakeholders.
• Ensure security, observability, and reliability of enterprise solutions.
