Job summary

Movable Ink is seeking a Solutions Architect to enable clients with AI-powered, personalized email and mobile programs. You will scope, design, and implement custom solutions, and lead projects from kickoff to completion.

You will diagnose issues, train client teams, and collaborate across Sales, Implementation, and other internal teams. Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS and APIs is required; cloud data warehousing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical implementation roles.
• 3+ years consulting in marketing tech.
• Experience with enterprise email / mobile providers.
• Ability to integrate with client APIs and web services.
• Proven project onboarding management.
• HTML, CSS, JS; Python or API integrations a plus.
• 2+ years with cloud data warehousing / ETL.

Responsibilities

• Client onboarding & migration: guide clients to migrate campaigns to our platform.
• Solution design & customization: scope, design, and implement integrations and workflows.
• Data orchestration: parse and format data feeds for initiatives.
• Issue resolution & troubleshooting: resolve complex integration issues.
• Training & workshops: conduct sessions to empower clients and teams.
• Collaboration: work with Sales, Implementation, and other teams.
• Product expertise & thought leadership: advise on roadmap based on feedback.
