Job summary

HumanTouch is seeking a Data & Automation Analyst to transform complex data into actionable decision intelligence for federal customers. You’ll work with AI technology, architects, developers, and product teams to deliver dashboards, API integrations, and automated workflows throughout the solution lifecycle.

This role emphasizes data quality, governance, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to apply emerging AI tech to enhance customer solutions and decision intelligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in data analytics, business analytics, IS, CS or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong data analysis and ability to translate findings into insights.
• Experience building dashboards/reports using Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, or similar.
• Experience configuring low-code/no-code apps/workflows (Power Platform, CORAS, Appian, ServiceNow, Salesforce).
• Experience testing and improving data, automation, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong problem solving and communication; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Eligibility for Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement transformation processes and data pipelines.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and translate findings into visualizations.
• Develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, alerts, and visualizations to support decisions.
• Build and support REST API integrations between enterprise systems.
• Support solution development via scripting, configuration, automation logic, and data transformation.
• Profile, cleanse, and reconcile data from multiple sources while promoting data quality and governance.
• Troubleshoot data, integration, and application issues with technical guidance.
• Participate in Agile solution delivery activities (planning, testing, demos, deployment).
• Explore AI-assisted workflows and emerging technologies to enhance solutions.
