Job summary

Litmos is seeking an AI Program Manager to coordinate AI-related projects across Finance, Product, Customer Success, and other teams. This is a hands-on role focused on planning, scheduling, risk tracking, and driving projects to completion.

You will be the day-to-day contact ensuring cross-functional Agentic work moves forward, surfacing risks early and enabling teams to make informed decisions. Strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of experience in program or project management coordinating cross-functional business or technology projects.
• Experience managing a portfolio or program of related projects, not just a single project.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and practices; able to coordinate timelines and RAID logs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate AI-related projects across Finance, Product, Customer Success, and other teams.
• Maintain up-to-date tracking of active AI projects including status, timelines, dependencies, and owners.
• Schedule and run regular status check-ins and working sessions; identify and sequence dependencies.
• Prepare status summaries and materials for leadership review; track risks and blockers.
