Job summary

Litmos is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Learning Platform. You’ll work with engineering, design, content, and GTM teams to deliver capabilities that enhance admins’ workflows and learners’ engagement.

You will lead market research, define product requirements, and drive cross-functional collaboration to differentiate Litmos in a competitive LMS landscape.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in EdTech or LMS is a plus.
• Solid understanding of how AI reshapes software products.
• Track record of aligning product capabilities with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision for Litmos capabilities.
• Develop and maintain roadmaps prioritizing feature delivery.
• Co-Lead Go-to-Market with stakeholders; align planning and execution.
• Analyze user data to drive data-informed decisions and improvements.
• Ensure acceptance criteria and complete requirements with epics and stories.
• Collaborate with QA and Product Operations for release readiness.
• Stay current on market trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
