Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in education or equivalent experience.
Five years’ teaching experience in elementary/secondary content area preferred.
Knowledge of content area trends and large-scale assessment development.
Experience or potential to leverage AI in content creation.

Responsibilities

Develop and review test items and assessment content across grade levels.
Help create item/specifications, blueprints, and related docs.
Use AI tools to support content development and accessibility.
Collaborate to integrate AI assets in assessment workflows and provide feedback.
Select, manage, and train item writers and educators per standards.
Support customer meetings with content assessment expertise.
Contribute to test construction and review of forms.
Consult with customers in planning and review meetings.
Coordinate with test development managers, content developers, psychometricians.
