Job summary

Apnimed is seeking a Sr. Director of Commercial Planning & Performance to sharpen the commercial organization and own territory design, call planning, roster management, and field data governance.

You will leverage AI to surface opportunities and ensure data quality ahead of potential AD109 commercialization. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 12+ years in biopharma analytics or sales ops; MBA or quantitative field preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and MBA or quantitative field preferred.
• 12+ years in biopharmaceutical commercial operations, analytics, or sales operations.
• Experience in KPI reporting, CRM data management, and territory design.

Responsibilities

• Direct field force sizing, deployment and territory design, including realignments.
• Lead dynamic call planning and cadence for field activities.
• Set standards for KPI and Field Contact Reporting (FCR).
• Provide territory potential and goal-setting to Incentive Compensation.
• Set roster management and CRM data governance standards.
• Build compliance guardrails in targeting and call plans with state rules.
• Collaborate across teams to align territory design with business needs.
