Job summary

DrFirst is seeking a curious clinician to join as a cross-functional role spanning customer success, business development, and product. Your nursing background will help you understand customer workflows, articulate clinical problems, and influence product strategy from a clinical lens.

You’ll engage healthcare customers, demonstrate ROI, and collaborate with marketing to reach clinical buyers, while leveraging AI tools to drive productivity and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent clinical degree.
• Hands-on patient care experience in a hospital, health system, or post-acute setting.
• Active and regular use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) daily.
• Experience engaging clinical end-users and executives; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical lens on the product team; translate workflows into requirements.
• Demonstrate platform value through clinical use cases and ROI stories.
• Develop and nurture relationships with healthcare customers; support renewals.
• Lead or support clinical sales conversations with credibility from nursing background.
• Collaborate with Marketing on content and campaigns targeting clinical buyers.
