Job summary

Abridge seeks a Clinical Success Director to drive the adoption of our generative AI platform for clinicians in real-world healthcare settings. You will enable users, collect feedback, and partner with product, ML, and healthcare teams to turn conversations into actionable data.

You will lead clinician enablement, supervise strategic initiatives, and help shape the clinical roadmap while traveling up to 20% and maintaining strong industry relationships.

Qualifications

Must have MD/DO/PA/NP credentials and clinical experience.
Experience with Epic and clinical documentation workflows.
Proven ability to lead initiatives from concept to launch.
Strong relationship-building across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

Deliver clinician enablement through education and training for new users.
Surface product feedback and contribute to the clinical product roadmap.
Provide product strategy insights by translating user feedback into artifacts.
Develop and monitor end-user utilization and clinical success metrics.
Create sales collateral and deliver product demonstrations to prospective customers.
