Doctronic is seeking a Clinical Product Manager to lead development of clinical pathways and workflows powering AI-native care delivery.

This role sits at the intersection of clinical medicine, product management, and partner success—requiring deep medical expertise, proven product leadership, and the ability to translate complex clinical needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions for both our internal clinic and growing network of clinical partners.

Qualifications

• MD, DO, or equivalent medical degree
• 3+ years product management in healthcare tech
• Experience with AI-enabled products in production
• Familiarity with HL7/FHIR and interoperability
• Ability to translate clinical needs into specs

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for clinical pathways and prioritize features for safe AI-native care delivery
• Design and iterate on clinical workflows for urgent and primary care, chronic disease, and medication management
• Translate clinical requirements into detailed specs for AI engineering teams
• Drive product decisions grounded in clinical evidence, regulatory requirements, and physician workflows
• Serve as liaison for new clinical partners and tailor pathway configurations to partner needs
• Coordinate with engineering on EHR integrations and interoperability requirements
• Define success metrics and evaluation frameworks for clinical pathway performance
• Collaborate with compliance and legal to meet regulatory requirements
