Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI and SQL/Snowflake; dashboard design expertise.
• Experience in field service, facilities operations, or related industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain KPI dashboards providing leadership real-time visibility into performance, SLA compliance, and productivity.
• Analyze operational, financial, and productivity trends to forecast outcomes.
• Apply AI-powered analytics to build dashboards and reveal trends across sources.
• Translate raw data into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure data governance, security, and data quality across platforms.
