Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Manager, BI & Analytics to drive the development and deployment of digital products and analytics for our field operations. You will lead the BI platform efforts across Power BI, Qlik and Tableau, aligning with leadership and stakeholders to improve efficiency and customer experience for 20,000+ drivers and field staff.

The role requires 3+ years leading enterprise BI initiatives, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage Analysts.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience leading product development, process improvement or technology deployments in a large organization.
3+ years’ experience leading the development of enterprise BI platforms (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau).
Experience developing and deploying standard operational reporting capabilities in waste, transportation, or logistics space.
Ability to develop a deep understanding of current-state operational processes and envision opportunities to drive product value.
Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and/or Project Management certification is desired.

Responsibilities

Owns the development and maturity of a standard BI-Analytics product lifecycle within Agile/Scrum and CICD.
Defines and delivers technology product and process artifacts (use cases, requirements, design, release management, training).
Works with product owners to create detailed project work plans and monitor performance.
Performs data profiling and analysis from source systems.
Develops roadmaps and conducts cost-benefit analyses for solutions.
