Job summary

TalentBridge in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Manager of BI & Analytics to lead data-driven solutions for a large field-based workforce, partnering with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver analytics products and reporting platforms.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and hands-on BI experience across Power BI/Tableau/Qlik, with Agile delivery and a multi-year data strategy to improve customer experiences and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading technology implementations, product development initiatives, or process improvement programs within a large enterprise environment.
• At least 3 years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Experience building and deploying operational reporting solutions and performance dashboards.
• Strong ability to analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and analytics.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments; project management training or certification is preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the organization's BI and analytics product lifecycle framework using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to define requirements, use cases, and deployment plans.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress for analytics and reporting initiatives.
• Profile data from multiple source systems to support reporting and insights.
• Contribute to analytics roadmaps aligned with operational and technology objectives.
• Support business case development and cost-benefit analysis for solutions.
• Present operational metrics and insights to senior leadership.
• Partner with operations to translate needs into product enhancements.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and adoption of new tools and analytics capabilities.
• Mentor analysts and manage vendor relationships involved in analytics initiatives.
