Job summary

Scott & Associates, PC, a multi-state legal recoveries firm, seeks an Automation and Analytics Specialist in Plano, TX. You will help implement AI-powered workflows across Operations, HR, and Compliance, building production-ready code and scaling systems to autonomous workflows.

This hands-on role targets early-to-mid career professionals who enjoy creating and testing AI solutions, working under the Senior Manager of Automation and Analytics to drive efficiency and maintain regulatory

Qualifications

1–3 years in automation, analytics, operations, technical business systems, AI, ML, or SDLC related roles.
Real-life use cases or projects integrating AI to solve solutions.
Working knowledge of AI concepts and tools such as listed in the ad.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Senior Manager of Automation and Analytics, IT, and business units to design and deploy AI-driven solutions.
Maintain strong documentation and communication to ensure AI compliance.
Evaluate SOPs and collaborate on AI development, adoption and integration.
Update project timelines, scope documents and risk assessment forms.
