Scott & Associates, PC is seeking an Automation and Analytics Specialist in Plano, TX to build and maintain AI-powered workflows across Operations, HR and Compliance. This hands-on role centers on executing, testing, and improving AI solutions while scaling systems toward autonomous automation.

You will work directly for the Senior Manager of Automation and Analytics, delivering production-grade code, evaluating tools, and ensuring compliance across processes.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in automation, analytics, operations, technical business systems, AI/ML, or SDLC roles.
• Hands-on use cases or projects integrating AI to solve problems.
• Knowledge of AI concepts and tools such as listed above.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Operations, CS, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.

Automation and Analytics Specialist

Salary Range: $55,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually

About the Role

The Automation and Analytics Specialist will help implement and maintain AI-powered workflows across various functional areas (Operations, HR, Compliance).

This role is a Hands-on execution role ideal for someone early-to-mid career who enjoys building, testing, and improving AI workflows. Ideal for someone who wants to create, not just theorize about AI.

You’ll work directly for the Senior Manager of Automation and Analytics to automate repetitive tasks, develop production level code, improve the AI infrastructure and scale historical systems to autonomous, agentic systems. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design automation with end users in mind, create AI solutions, within organizational goals. They will also monitor and evaluate existing and new tools to maintain compliance.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in automation, analytics, operations, technical business systems, AI, machine learning, or SDLC related technology roles.
• Real-life use cases or projects integrating AI to solve solutions.
• Working Knowledge of AI concepts and tools such as:
  • AI tools: ChatGPT, Claude Code, Azure AI Foundry, Amazon Bedrock, vLLM
  • Automation tools: Playwright, n8n,
  • ETL & Database systems: SSMS SQL, Batch ETLs, SQLite, FileMaker
  • ML & Advanced Analytics: Python, scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, PyPDF, Tesseract
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information systems, Operations Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Science, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record of developing and implementing AI or automation strategies in a business environment.
• Exposure to AI or automation platforms (RPA Tools, LLM APIs, workflow automation tools)
• Exposure to UiPath, Power Automate, Python, FileMaker, SQL or other languages
• Experience with local-hosted AI deployment software and virtual private cloud AI endpoints
• Familiarity with AI software tools such as UiPath, vLLM, Ollama, Open WebUI, Hugging Face
• Certification in AI, machine learning, or automation frameworks.

• Strong documentation and communication skills to ensure AI within Compliance
• Evaluate SOPs and collaborate on AI development, adoption and integration.
• Update project timelines, scope documents and risk assessment forms
