Job summary

Scott & Associates, PC is seeking an Automation and Analytics Specialist in Plano, TX to build and maintain AI-powered workflows across Operations, HR and Compliance. This hands-on role centers on executing, testing, and improving AI solutions while scaling systems toward autonomous automation.

You will work directly for the Senior Manager of Automation and Analytics, delivering production-grade code, evaluating tools, and ensuring compliance across processes.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in automation, analytics, operations, technical business systems, AI/ML, or SDLC roles.
• Hands-on use cases or projects integrating AI to solve problems.
• Knowledge of AI concepts and tools such as listed above.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Operations, CS, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Manager to design and deploy AI-driven solutions.
• Maintain documentation and ensure AI within Compliance.
• Evaluate SOPs and assist AI development, adoption and integration.
• Update project timelines, scope documents and risk forms.
