Job summary

First Citizens Bank seeks an Enterprise AI Use Case Success Manager to own AI initiatives from intake to production. You will partner with business and technology teams to design AI-enabled solutions, measure ROI, and ensure governance and risk controls are embedded.

Ideal candidates will lead multiple AI projects, prototype quickly, and influence senior stakeholders to accelerate adoption while delivering tangible business impact in a regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years' experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 8 years' experience in data management, information technology, financial services, enterprise risk management, or related disciplines with hands-on AI/advanced analytics delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the AI use case portfolio for a dedicated business domain, leading initiatives from intake through production with strong execution, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes.
• Independently redesign and transform current-state processes using AI/GenAI to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance decision-making.
• Define and implement a structured value measurement framework for the AI use case portfolio; quantify ROI and educate stakeholders on true AI value.
• Ensure AI solutions adhere to governance standards by embedding controls and guardrails, coordinating with risk pillars across the bank.
• Rapidly build proof-of-concept demos and prototypes to validate approaches and gain stakeholder buy-in before full-scale build.
• Define AI-enabled target state processes, select AI/ML approaches, and evaluate build-vs-buy options for each use case.
