Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in software/ML, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering scalable AI systems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading engineering teams in fast-paced tech environments (3+ years direct reports).
• Total software/ML experience: 10+ years in software, ML, AI infrastructure, or related domains.
• Strong delivery mindset with ability to coordinate teams to achieve tangible results.
