Job summary

HappyRobot is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to be on the front lines of customer experience, triaging issues, debugging problems, and ensuring customers get the most out of our AI platform. This hybrid role blends technical support with customer engineering, including prompt engineering for fine-tuning AI workers in real-world logistics workflows.

You will work with engineering and product teams to design quick solutions, diagnose root causes, and improve customer outcomes while growing

• Apply prompt engineering to fine-tune AI workers for accuracy and speed.
• Assist customers in optimizing workflows within logistics contexts.
