T. Rowe Price is seeking a Sr. Enterprise AI Platform Engineer in the United States to own the build-out and operation of enterprise AI platform integrations across multiple vendors and to lead the AI support and enablement function.

You will serve as a high‑touch technical partner to senior business groups and act as L3/L4 escalation for platform issues. The role covers onboarding, adoption guidance, governance logging, and collaboration with Labs/App Dev on BOT readiness artifacts.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in a technical discipline with 7+ years in enterprise SaaS admin/integration/identity & access.
• Experience leading or mentoring a technical support or enablement function.
• Familiar with AI platform administration and compliance logging.
• Understanding of agentic AI risk concepts and guardrail design.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder communication.
• Hands-on with SSO/SAML/OIDC, SCIM provisioning, RBAC design.
• Experience integrating apps via APIs and API gateways.

Responsabilités

• Serve as L3/L4 escalation for platform defects and model/runtime issues.
• Define Tier 0-2 triage, escalation paths, SLAs, and knowledge base content.
• Lead user enablement: onboarding, training, office hours, and adoption guidance.
• Manage relationships with high‑touch business groups; run regular check-ins.
• Collaborate on Build-Operate-Transfer readiness artifacts and runbooks.
• Own license provisioning and group-based access models; vendor admin setup.
• Design and maintain enterprise AI connectors and integrations.
• Implement control-plane guardrails for agentic capabilities and logging.
• Maintain observability pipelines for governance and incident investigations.
• Evaluate vendor feature requests for risk, compliance, and data handling.
• Prepare architecture/runbooks and documentation; support platform retirement.
