Job summary

T. Rowe Price in Baltimore is seeking a technically skilled L2/L3 support specialist to bolster enterprise AI platform integrations across multiple vendors and to provide day-to-day AI user support.

You will deliver runbooks, enablement sessions, and high-touch group support while ensuring platform governance and security. This hybrid role includes provisioning, RBAC, SSO/SCIM setup, and ongoing observability; the successful candidate will partner with vendors and internal teams to maintain

Qualifications

• BS/MS in a technical discipline and 5+ years in enterprise SaaS administration, integration, identity & access.
• Experience as an L2/L3 support point and partnering with vendor support teams.
• Clear communication and a service mindset for senior business users.
• Knowledge of SSO/SAML/OIDC, SCIM provisioning, RBAC, and enterprise identity platforms.
• Familiarity with APIs, API gateways (Apigee), and logging/observability in SaaS/cloud.

Responsibilities

• Serve as L2/L3 technical support for platform defects and model/runtime issues; escalate to senior engineers.
• Provide Tier 1–2 AI support: triage, troubleshoot, resolve incidents; maintain knowledge bases.
• Deliver user enablement: onboarding, training, how-to guides, and adoption guidance.
• Act as day-to-day contact for high-touch groups; attend check-ins and capture needs.
• Support BOT initiatives: build approach, runbooks, telemetry, and data controls for handoff.
• Maintain provisioning/hygiene: license management, RBAC, and vendor admin configurations.
• Maintain logging, telemetry, and observability pipelines for governance evidence.
• Evaluate vendor feature requests for technical risk and route to risk/legal as needed.
• Contribute to control-plane guardrails: identity controls, data and memory governance, and logging.
