T. Rowe Price is seeking a technically skilled professional to support the build-out and operation of enterprise AI platform integrations—identity, connectors, and guardrails—across vendors, delivering day-to-day user support and L2/L3 platform fixes.

You will manage enablement for high-touch groups and escalate complex issues to the Lead. You will provide Tier 1–2 AI support, triage incidents, create knowledge base content, and maintain runbooks while collaborating with vendors and internal

Qualifications

• BS/MS in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of enterprise SaaS administration, integration/platform, identity & access experience.
• Experience as an L2/L3 support point with vendor support collaboration.
• Knowledge of SSO/SAML/OIDC, SCIM provisioning, RBAC, and enterprise identity platforms.
• Experience integrating enterprise apps via APIs, API gateways, and related tools.

Responsabilités

• Serve as L2/L3 technical support for platform defects and module issues; escalate when needed.
• Provide Tier 1–2 AI support: triage, troubleshoot, resolve requests, and maintain runbooks.
• Deliver user enablement: onboarding, training, how-to guides, adoption guidance.
• Be the day-to-day contact for high-touch groups, attend regular check-ins, capture needs, raise issues.
• Support BOT readiness artifacts: runbooks, telemetry, DLP controls, and handoff to operations.
