Instructure, Inc. is seeking a collaborative Senior Product Manager to champion cross-product platform services and shared components. You will own roadmaps, work with engineering, UX, customers, and compliance to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

You’ll apply AI-driven approaches to streamline development and introduce AI features to market. You will translate business and regulatory needs into clear user stories, set success metrics, and guide the lifecycle from ideation to retirement,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Business or related field.
• 4+ years in product management with platform services focus.
• Experience applying AI-enabled workflows to accelerate learning and delivery.
• Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development principles.
• Demonstrated experience building shared component libraries with engineering collaboration.
• Knowledge of user management and complex org structures is a plus.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional influence, especially with engineering and design.
• Experience in Agile environments.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for cross-product platform services.
• Proactively engage with internal teams to develop reusable components, libraries, and patterns.
• Foster strong relationships and communicate roadmaps to stakeholders across engineering, design, legal, compliance, and executives.
• Build empathy for internal development teams and translate insights into the roadmap.
• Translate business and compliance needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs.
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, iteration, and retirement.
• Define metrics to measure adoption, performance, and impact of shared services and compliance initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams and stay updated with industry trends and regulations.
