EliseAI in San Francisco is seeking an Associate Product Manager to partner with Product and Engineering, uncover customer needs, shape enterprise-ready solutions, and grow into a senior PM role. You’ll contribute across discovery, requirements, launch, and iteration while gradually taking ownership of larger product areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, product operations, management consulting, or a related role in a high-growth technology company.
• Background in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
• Strong technical foundation to understand APIs, data flows, and engineering tradeoffs.
• Excellent written communication with clear product specs and structured recommendations.
• Proven ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer discovery and translate insights into product opportunities.
• Contribute to product strategy, roadmap development, and prioritization.
• Turn product requirements into clear specs, workflows, and edge-case definitions.
• Partner with Engineering to evaluate tradeoffs and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Own features and initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Use product data and feedback to measure outcomes and guide improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure enterprise launch readiness.
• Improve how the Product team builds, launches, and learns as the company scales.
• Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team.
