Job summary

Nesto Group is seeking a Product Manager for its AI Platform to turn early proof‑of‑concept into a scalable product that defines AI‑augmented lending in Canada. You’ll sit at the intersection of operations, ML, and mortgage expertise to translate hard problems into shipped software.

You will partner with ML and engineering teams to shape the roadmap, drive delivery, and ensure metrics like throughput and decision speed improve continuously, while maintaining compliance and customer value.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in consulting or a high-ownership product role in a complex environment.
• Ability to write clearly, think structurally, and go deep on systems, data, and edge cases.
• Comfortable operating without perfect inputs and making the call to move work forward.
• Proven, active fluency with AI tools across your PM workflow: discovery, testing, documentation, analysis, and measurement.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to non-experts in Product and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Turn complex operational reality into clear PRDs, decision logic, and shipped product
• Work closely with ML, engineering, underwriting ops, and business stakeholders to define and deliver the roadmap
• Define and improve the metrics that matter: throughput, time-to-decision, accuracy, and capacity gained
• Build tight feedback loops between AI output and expert human judgment
• Stay ahead of how AI is reshaping mortgage origination and bring informed recommendations to the roadmap
• Share what you discover — how you work should make the people around you better
