As Product Manager for the AI Platform, you will help turn an early proof-of-concept into a scalable product that defines AI-augmented lending in Canada and beyond.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of experience in consulting or a high-ownership product role in a complex environment.
• Excellent written communication and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Comfortable operating with imperfect inputs and driving the work forward.
• Proven fluency with AI tools across PM workflows (discovery, testing, documentation, analysis, measurement).

• Turn complex operational reality into PRDs, decision logic, and shipped product.
• Collaborate with ML, engineering, underwriting ops, and business stakeholders to define and deliver roadmaps.
• Define and improve throughput, time-to-decision, accuracy, and capacity metrics.
• Build feedback loops between AI output and expert human judgment to accelerate delivery.
• Stay ahead of AI-driven changes in mortgage origination and influence roadmap decisions.
• Share discoveries to help teammates improve how they work.
