Job summary
Vesta is building an AI-augmented mortgage origination platform and seeks a role where you’ll test functionality, configure integrations, and document loan fulfillment workflows. You’ll partner with product, engineering, partnerships, and implementations teams on mission-critical projects.
You’ll become a product expert, map data across platforms, and help deliver industry-changing software for financial institutions and their customers.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in the mortgage industry, operating with mortgage systems or IT/process sides.
- Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) is a big plus.
- Pricing and/or secondary marketing PPE configuration, lock desk operations, investor delivery, loan sale workflows, or hedging knowledge is highly advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Become a Vesta product expert by testing all platform functionality and documenting test cases with high attention to detail.
- Configure integrations and map data across platforms with partners.
- Create canonical documentation for loan fulfillment workflows and product nuances.
- Coordinate with engineering, product, and partner teams and report testing/integration status.
- Contribute to delivering industry-changing software to customers.
